Attorney Foster attended The Ohio State University for her undergraduate studies, where she majored in Criminology and dedicated her time to mentoring underprivileged young girls and tutoring fellow students. She went on to attend Howard University School of Law, where she embraced the school’s mission of producing lawyers who serve as social engineers – using the law to solve real problems for real communities.

After passing the Georgia Bar in 2005, Attorney Foster began her career as a Criminal Defense Attorney with the Atlanta Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office, where she built the trial experience that continues to define her practice today. She has represented thousands of individuals in felony cases across the State of Georgia, from simple drug possession to Murder, and is specifically known for taking on high profile and high asset family law cases and serious and violent felony criminal cases that demand real courtroom experience.

In 2012, Attorney Foster expanded her practice to include Family Law, and later that year opened Foster Law Firm, which has since grown into one of the premier law firms in metro Atlanta. Attorney Foster and her team have earned a reputation, reflected in decades of client results and reviews, for treating every client like a person, not a case file, never sugarcoating a case, and fighting just as hard in the courtroom as they do for the clients who trust them with their futures.
