A native son of Atlanta, Georgia, George Aigbe graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, followed by a Master of Public Administration in 2012. After a year in the public sector, he pursued his passion for justice at Georgia State University College of Law, entering as part of the class of 2013. As a law student, he worked at The Prince Firm, LLC, a Decatur-based immigration law firm, and served as an apprentice prosecuting felonies with the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2016.

Following law school, Attorney Aigbe joined the Gwinnett County Solicitor’s Office, prosecuting misdemeanor crimes, before moving to the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office to prosecute felony cases. His years as a prosecutor gave him rare insight into how the criminal justice system operates from the inside — insight he now brings to his clients as a criminal defense attorney at Foster Law Firm, along with a nuanced understanding of how criminal charges can affect immigration status. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the Gwinnett Bar Association and is licensed to practice in Georgia.

Outside the office, Attorney Aigbe is a devoted husband and father. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and enjoys giving back to his community as a youth softball coach.
