Before joining Foster Law Firm, Germania practiced Probate Litigation and brings additional experience in Real Property and Employment Law. Her path to family law reflects a lifelong passion for serving others: after college, she worked in the non-profit sector with the New York Foundling, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. After law school, she joined the New York City Department of Homeless Services, helping families in Manhattan and the Bronx secure employment, housing, and resources — work that led her toward employees’ rights advocacy at a firm specializing in Federal and New York State wage and hour litigation.

After relocating to Georgia, Germania worked with a multi-state real estate firm overseeing thousands of real property transactions, drafting title documents, issuing title compliance opinions, evaluating TILA-RESPA compliance, and training junior attorneys. She discovered her passion for domestic relations while serving as a Staff Attorney in the Clayton County Superior Court, and went on to work at a mid-sized probate firm in Marietta, where she created and led the firm’s first pro bono estate planning event.

Outside of work, Germania spends time with her grandmother and her grandmother’s seven living siblings. She’s committed to community service, serving as a junior board member for the Bill Harrison Foundation and regularly volunteering at soup kitchens across metro Atlanta. In her free time, she’s an avid baker, food science enthusiast, gamer, and self-described techie.
